Can you fire a volunteer? The answer to that question is YES YOU CAN! Today we talk about how to fire a volunteer and when you might need to do that. This is sometimes a necessary thing to do for that person’s growth and the health of the children’s ministry you lead. Also, do you have Jr. High, High School and College students serving in your ministry? We couldn’t do Kid Min without them! They are a huge asset to us, very committed and we see this as a great opportunity to build into our next generation.
